Very bad service

I upgraded a week ago and was told my sim swap will be done in the next 24 hours. It has been a week and my phone is still not connected to the network. I have got a new phone, but can do absolutely nothing with it. I have been phoning Alltech Autopage everyday, some days even 3 times and not once did they phone me back after requisted. I have no idea why I have a upgraded and after a week I can not make any calls or sms. They do not deliver any service or feedback. I have phoned them 3 times today and each time I was promised they would phone back, and no response.<br> This is the worst service provider ever.
