VERY BAD SERVICE

I took out 2 contracts at Auto Page. After 6 monhts 1 cellphone broke. Autopage gave me a repair instruction at Phonefix Three Rivers. We waited 8 weeks for the phone. Every week we phoned we got told a different story. First they are waiting for spares, then the spares came and the they are working on it. A week later the spares did'nt come they thought the spares were in the box but when they opened the box it was not there. It was the worst service I ever expierence in my life. And now again. The same phone with the same fault . I went to Auto Page again and told them the phone is doing exact the same and it was repair at Phonefix not even 6 months prior they gave me another repair order at phone fix. Once again the same story for 3 weeks. On 5 March we get told just another 2 days and the phone will be ready. On 7 March we phone and now we must hear we need to pay almost R5000 before they can repair it. I cannot believe AutoPage works with this people. This phone is still under warranty?????? Auto page promised to phone me back. No call yet. My contracts are due for renewal but I cant afford to battle for the next 2 years like this again. This is really bad service.
