very bad service

since i received my new cat cellphone in feb 2015 the problems started. the battery went flat in less than a day.the phone was sent back three times .the phone is still not working properly. another problem that was not sorted out is my roaming .i went to namibia twice with no roaming after personel at moorreesburg told me that my roaming will work. the next problem is that my phone is barred and when i ask them what is going on they told me that the account was not paid for the last two months.AUTOPAGE do have a debit order for the payment of the contract . the call centre sent me an sms telling me to pay R 49.00 to get my phone active again i did refuse , they made the mistake not me. the phone was barred after three days and still are . i wll not carry on with the contract because autopage does not honour the contract themselves why should i ???
