Very bad service

I have an mtn contract with autopage. Because it's mtn I thought I could go to mtn to do a sim swap to get a nano sim as I got a new phone that requires that. Mtn said they need a copy of either my id or drivers license. At the end they couldn't pick up my details in the system and turns out I have to go to autopage to do the sim swap. I went to autopage and they wanted my green barcoded id and proof of address to Rica AGAIN!!! Even though they had all my details on the system already!!!!' I find this poor and pathetic to treat existing customers this way. Mtn would have been able to do a pure sim swap without doing a whole Rica exercise, so why can't you!!!!! Very pathetic!!!!
