Using bullying tactics

I have a contract with MTN (via Autopage) which should give me 100 anytime minutes, plus 100MB data, plus 50 SMSs.<br> For the past 3 months, I have been getting only the minutes. Autopage and MTN are not really interested in the fact that it is costing me time and money to run around after their problems. I work for myself at an hourly rate, so it costs me every time I take time off to go and see them. Not to mention having to buy my own airtime, even though I have paid Autopage for 100MB per month<br> I cannot even buy myself out of the contract because the amount means that I would be charged for 20 months of data bundle that I am not getting.
