User unfriendly call centre

i have been struggling to get a ITC number for a week now. need it for insurance to claim a ****** tablet. the shop cannot help me and tell me to contact the call centre. the call centre does not allow for a option like this. after holding on for 15 min the cut my call. please give me a ITC number. the ref number is P*** and the cell number invlolve is ***.
