Useless staff
Beginning of September I upgraded both my MTN's data package I have through them and my Vodacom cellphone package at the Centurion Mall branch. On my MTN package they never upgraded me and now I've got an extra R500 bill on my account for data used. On my Vodacom package I upped my insurance on my new phone which they didn't do either and now I can't replace my phone without having to pay in R2000 after it was ****** on Friday. Never again will I use the Centurion Mall branch after this **** service.
