useless staff

I took my brothers phone in for an insurance claim.<br> he was leaving the city on work so didn't have the time to do it himself.<br> <br> I took it in, filed out all the forms given to me and left stupidly assuming everything would be handled by competent employees.<br> oh boy how wrong I was.<br> A month went by and I had not heard anything yet.<br> my brother phoned the repair center directly and they said they were still waiting for the claim form.<br> the one I filled in when there<br> I called autopage and they got back to me two days later saying i had to fill the form in again...<br> <br> they emailed it to me, I filled it in and emailed it back the next day<br> <br> 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard from anyone.<br> <br> I tried calling<br> I emailed<br> I tried calling<br> <br> ...nothing...no feed back, no email, no call NOTHING!!<br> <br> well done guys at being just another bunch of *********** *****s!
