Useless servive provider!! Unbelievable

My Blackberry 9720 was submitted for repairs on 03/10/2015 - 2 keys did not function. I was promised that the phone would be available within 3 - 4 weeks. After many promises of sending the phone as agreed straight to Vryburg, I had to collect it from the Bloemfontein branch on 10/12/2015. WHAT A SURPRISE: Nothing has changed!! Keys are still not funcvtional. What did the so-called technicians do? Where does this leave me? I am fed-up, frustrated and angry!! I pay for what? PEASE ASSIST!!!!!<br> <br>
