Useless Service Provider

I have a CAT B15Q phone that is apparently indestructible. When i went in to get my new phone the assistant set up my phone and my sim card got stuck which damaged the sim reader. They gave me a new phone. After less than 4 months the exact same thing happened to me when i swoped my Namibian sim card with my SA sim card.<br> <br> Now they want to charge me almost R 900 rand to repair it because it was physical damage. Why on earth will i damage my sim reader on purpose?<br> <br> I have contacted CAT as well and also no service from their side. All they say is contact your service provider.<br> <br> If you are planning on buying a CAT phone save your self the headache as the phone is destructible. And also if you are planning to get an autopage contract rather go else where because they have not got a clue about customer care and service.
