Useless service for the past 7 months

I had a 2 year contract with Altech Autopage in October 2014 my contract expired and i asked them to cancel the contract. It was confirmed that it would be Cancelled. In December 2014 i noticed that my account is still getting debited. I called again and waited for about 20 minutes. The Customer service Agent said that there was a mistake there side and it will be rectified and my account Cancelled with immediate effect. 2 months down the line in February my account still was not cancelled and my account was is getting Debited. I then called in again and spoke to the manager he assured me that he will refund the money owed from November 2014 back to me within 2 weeks and Cancel my account. Not only did they not refund the money a month Later but at the end of March they took another Debit order off my account. The service is a absolute disgrace and my time that i have spent on my phone is ludicrous. As i am
