Useless and disappointing
I sent my tablet in two months ago to be repaired. The first time they contacted to me collect it, it was still broken. They contacted me again last week to collect and it was still broken. My tablet has been sent in three times to be repaired and it has been absolutely disappointing. I need my tablet for varsity and this is seriously frustrating.
