Useless and Arrogant

I called to find out what store I did my upgrade. They put me thru to retentions who put me thru to cust service agen. The *********** idiot I spoke to put me on hold for 10mins then cut the call. He obv didnt no that my calls are recorded as well. I called back and asked for a manager. After 10more mins on the fone, I get thru to a manager Lebelang. She sed she wud refer the matter to this guys manager and listen to the call. I sed I alredy have the call and will send it immediately but she refused and sed they will get the call once it refreshes on their side and I wud get a call back later that day. 2 days later no call!!! Useless!!<br> I called back now 19/03 @ 12:15 and got thru to Linton.I asked for a manager as I dnt want to spk to him and he very arrogantly refused saying \in this team we manager ourselves"..***!!!! eventually he gave in and put me on hold. Came back to say his manager \""Aldrin\"" was busy with a customer"
