Useless!
I have been trying to get through to the cancellation department at your call centre for the past few days. Every time I call I get put on hold for up to 45 mins before I hang up or the call gets cut. I need to cancel my contract! I'm so tired of this horrible service! \All operators are currently busy". For 45 minutes? At any point in the day? Bullsh**!! \""Your call is important to us\"". Bullsh**! """
