USELESS!!!!

I went into your Highveld Mall branch to cancel my contract. I was told that I'm unable to do this and I must call your useless call-centre. I called only to be told that my details that I'm giving for the security checks are incorrect! How the hell is it possible that I don't know my own address that I have been using almost my entire life? Now all the sudden this person says I must go into the branch to cancel this contract after I had to waste 15 minutes on the phone getting through to one of your *********** people. The first person I spoke to, verified my details then transferred me to the next arrogant fool! I'm a 70 year old woman, I don't have the time or money to entertain this type of service you offer your clients for the past 15 years! Thank goodness I'm leaving your useless business!!!
