URGENT- Unfair Treatment

Good day, <br> I need someone to call me urgently and I am not taking this issue lightly, Autopage has had my cellphone with them since the 25.09.2015 with the instruction to get it repaired. This has not happened until today, I decided to go to the store and my phone was there (one calls to tell me that my phone is ready). To top it all, the phone is still broken (this is the 13.11.2015) and I am furious with them because their service is very poor and unacceptable. This is not the first time that they have given me such poor service, when I moved over to them from Nasua, they imported wrong information and the agents were very *********** and rude so much that I want to cancel this contract with them and they must not charge me any cancellation fee beacause I am not leaving out of my will but because of their incompetence.<br>
