Uresolved account query from the month of April

Good Day<br> <br> My Account Number *** ID No *** Mr Sudesh Sookdew<br> During the month of April I received a bill of R 2163.00 from Alltech,<br> My Data use age was for R 1700, This was totally over my normal usage.<br> I had logged a query with alltech complaint number 656000 and was totally <br> disgusted with the manner it was handled. My average bill for the month is between R 250.00 and R 600.00<br> never more than that. I did not receive nay joy from my email I telephoned the call center but I was shocked at the response I received from that call center. Their response was unhelpful and when I wanted to <br> talk to the manger I was cut off.<br> <br> All I want is for a breakdown of the data usage I am certain there is a problem with the billing as I am certain I <br> did not use so much of data. I want to make payment so I don't get a bad credit rating but I am not happy to pay for something that I know is wrong.<br> I will really appreciate some feedback to this problem as urgent as possible.<br> <br>
