Upgrading of data stick without my approval.

There is a guy working in Head office at Altech Autopage his name is Thabo. He upgrade peoples contracts if it is near expiry date without any approval of the customer. I was waiting for the contract to expire to upgrade to a tablet. So I went to Autopage in Menlyn just for them to tell me it was already done. Thabo used the Menlyn Dealer ID to do the upgrade. This is not the first time. After many phone calls it was not cancelled. If I phone Head office they will transfer you from one section to the other and no one can help you. I am really fed up now. I cannot believe people can get away with this. it is actually *****. But he is still working in Head office so they agree with what he is doing.
