Upgrades takes ages

I am deeply disappointing in the services of Altech Autopage in Vaalpark. <br> I am laying this complaint on behalf of my father who has been a client for more than 15 years. <br> <br> An upgrade was done on 12 June, 3 weeks has now passed and there is absolute no feedback on when the new phone will be received. Surely if there is a problem, high demand or supplier issues they can at least inform the client. <br> <br> Phoning them is no option, they hardly ever answer their telephones. *** keeps ringing. <br> <br> This is now the second upgrade that takes 3 weeks and more. Which I feel is unacceptable.<br> <br> Why can other providers do an upgrade you get the phone on the same day or worst case scenario 3 days later?? Come on Altech Autopage!!<br> <br> I really hope that this will be that last bad service and delayed feedback from Vaalpark personnel. <br>
