Upgraded, waiting for more than a month for phone.

I went with my mother on 22 November 2015 to upgrade my contract.<br> <br> The lady whom helped us told us that they do not have stock, but they will receive stock in 3-7 working days. We figured that was not too long and signed the contract. It has now been more than a month and I still do not have my new phone. <br> <br> I called Altech Autopage Brooklyn twice and in both cases they told me they would call me back. They never called back.<br> <br> I have experienced ********** customer service from Altech Autopage.
