upgraded but not getting what i paid for

Good day, I upgraded my contract in march 2015. My contract wasn't loaded as per altech, the lady at pavilion altech auto page said she will have it sorted, I only received 1x airtime of 50 min but no sms's or data. There after I have paid every month but don't get ANYTHING.
