Upgrade slow and archaic

After waiting almost a week for my new handset after renewing my contract and upgrading, I received it without a SIM card. (A new Sim is necessary for the handset). <br> After 4 calls were dropped by Autopage Sandton City I called headoffice. They could also not get through to the branch, but did phone me back after a while telling me that I have to personally go to the branch to arrange for a SIM swop. <br> I have done upgrades and SIM swops via Autopage before - not ONCE in the shop. It was delivered to me.<br> Their service is shocking and slow - but that does not prevent them from already having invoiced me for something I can't use and did not receive.
