Upgrade or Up and Go?

I cannot get hold of your contact centre to upgrade my account, you open and close my internet queries, and absolutely NOBODY is getting back to me.<br> I finally got through to the call centre a short while ago, the agent dropped the call on me - so I think you have a problem there, either your service is really shocking, or..maybe you just don't care about your clients.<br> <br> Should I upgrade, or do you want me to make use of another SP? I've been with you for YEARS...and it's the first time ever that I get this poor treatment. I'm due for an upgrade, but if I'm not getting feedback today, I'm leaving Altech Autopage. You choose!!
