UPGRADE MESSED UP

Good day Altech Autopage.<br> <br> This emails serves to confirm my multiple unanswered complaints.<br> <br> I just had a consultant put the phone down in my ear due to my use of language, IF you know how much I hate your company due to your mistakes you would use the same language.<br> <br> I have in total now tried 16 times to correct the spelling of my name ( Ricardo ) and my Address ( Gale street).<br> <br> I have a bunch of outstanding complaints regarding the negligent / improper advise during a telephonic upgrade.<br> <br> I was not told about additional charges that would be applicable regarding a premature upgrade, i was not aware that it was premature since you contacted me. and told me about your great new deals.<br> <br> I am unhappy with the R290.00 additional charges for the last three months on my account due to this.<br> <br> Please have someone call me, Once they have a solution, I do not want to explain this situation over again.
