Upgrade gone wrong

I was contacted by a company in Durban to upgrade my Autopage contract. I agreed to upgrade to a NO HANDSET deal MY CHOICE 200 giving me 200min, 300 sms's included and 300mg data included! NO HANDSET!!! Today is the15 March and my account shows I am still on MTN ANYTIME 200! BUT THERE IS A USAGE CHARGE. The telephony changed to R132 and data toR 79 . I still have to pay for itemised billing which I wanted removed and asked for on various occasions. What useage am I paying R13.00????? When can I use the 300 sms's included. I am to scared to use my phone as it seems I am paying for data although it should be included???? Autopage realy what is going on!!!! Your cal centre has technical difficulties and is forever phoning me back, but never does!! Get your act together please!!!~Want an answer today!!!
