Upgrade Consultant didn't disclose vital info

We got a call from Autopage telling me and my wife that we are due for upgrades. We were interested in the upgrades but the only conditions was that we wanted android phones and our phone bill to remain as is or round about. Paulina the consultant suggested we get the Samsung Galaxy A3 which was gonna be about R440pm. This was exactly what we wanted but we found out later that she neglected to inform us that we are still obligated to pay for the previous devises. Had we had known this we would have just waited for our contract to expire. We then enquired about this and we were advised to request the recordings of our conversation with Paulina. We were told this takes 48hrs but we were never called. We then called in to check and were told it is resolved we have to pay R440. I didn't trust that over the phone so I requested a statement which we never got. Its been 2 weeks already. Now the claims department is calling asking us to pay. I told Hlengiwe (claims consultant) that we are still awaiting responds on our query on the account and she said there is nothing being queried on the account. So again she made a recording request (***). This is very frustrating.
