upgrade cancellation ??escalation??

In May 2015 i was called from newton junction for an upgrade i was due upgrade and after a few calls i accepted to offer of. A 10inch samsung Galaxy. The delivery was made and returned due to not enough identification.twice. The device was returned. I asked that it was to be delivered to my place of work. It didnt happen. So in july i started calling to cancel the upgrade and go in store in the western cape. I have called several times. Every time i was told a different story. It was escalated someone would call back witin the next half an hour. Escaltion takes place over 24 hours. Etc. I would call and the phone would be put on hold or the call would be dropped. Ieing charged for a device i didnt have or dont have. At some stage in december i asked for a Managers no. And received a cellphone no. When i called is was made fun of s******ering etc. I then approached Altech in kenilworth centre cape town. Candice called reeceived the same kind of treatment calls being posted from one end to the other. She sent a Email. Cc me in to date no answer. Called on the 10/2/16 still no joy. BAD. Altech Autopage inconsiderate and very dissapointing service. Frustrating.
