Upgrade

I contacted Autopage for an upgrade on one of my numbers ***) where I explained that I would rather take a Laptop than a new handset as my son used the number and won't be needing it anymore. It was arranged and the package was supposed to change on 01/04/2016 where the airtime, sms's and data would've been changed from 100 to 30 on a Top Up. Last night (08/03/2016) at 11:47 PM he got an sms to say the migration was done and now lost the data and airtime he had. On following up I understand that I can't even get a laptop as it is on backorder and were told they wont get it as Autopage is closing down. I then cancelled the upgrade and requested the top up migration be reversed back to the straight up 100 as I now have to go on with the contract until June. This now seems to be a problem. From Monday 06/03 until today, \someone\" were going to come back to me regarding all my questions and queries on my personal number ***). No one has phoned me yet."
