UPGRADE

No one contacted me from Auto page, Queen Ncube called me on the 09th June 2015, informing me that I am due for an Upgrade for data contract. I AGREED ON R75 TOP FOR 1GB PER MONTHLY,SHE ADDED SERVICE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORISE,3GB and 20SMS, THE CHARGE IS NOW R141!!!!!<br> <br> Today I spoken to Nomusa Mpanza from Upgrade department and promised to send the message to Queen to call me but I have not been contacted and having calling her but not answer.<br> <br> 29 June 2015, I called her about this she denied that there is an added service on my upgrade, I have now been invoiced and saw all those charges, felt mislead I WANT AUTOPAGE TO TERMINATE THE UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY,I AM NOT GOING TO PAY R141 OR ANY AMOUNT ANYMORE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED DATA FOR THIS UPGRADE.I hope you will resolve this issue before I take it further to my lawyer.<br> <br> Its is sad to be treated like this because I have been using Auto page service for past 5 years.
