Updated to new contract without authorisation

My contract was due for an upgrade on the 1st September 2015. About three weeks ago I went to our nearest Autopage shop in Brakenfell Center in Brackenhurst, Alberton. The cheapest upgrade they could offer me was about R150/month. I an a pensioner and I requested them to put a cancellation of contract. They stated that it cannot be done on a Saturday as there was nobody in the main office. I lady from Autopage main office phone me on the Monday with all sorts of offers, but I stated I wanted to cancel. I went to the Brakenfell Autopage on Saturday 22nd August to ensure that my contract had been cancelled, only to find out that I have been upgraded to a contract without my authorisation. All I want is the contract cancelled, but now I have to wait another month and I do not have the money for the new contract. Kind Regards, Kleintjie Trump
