Update due poor response

Feedback re cellphone that has been declared not problematic and not their problem!!!<br> Here is their response regarding the cellphone that I cant get replaced without a manual, and was not told to keep it!!!<br> And keep in mind this was 5 days from signature of contract:<br> <br> Good day <br> <br> I can have this unit booked in for repairs and looked at, quicker way it can be taken personally by you to the Samsung repair centre address below to test it.
