Unwilling to help
I Received charges to my account made in two days that was not possible. I have phoned numerous times to be assisted and the matter investigated. I even went to my nearest branch for help. That was three weeks ago now they have debited my bank account and never investigated the matter. They were not even willing to help me. I have never been so disappointed with service in my life and I have been a customer for a very long time.
