Unsatisfied

Call center called me 09/2015 to offer contract phone, order number. ********** c17685.it was delivered but it wasn't working. I called booked for repairs or new phone.. Ref job no.ocr 079097 I was told a month for repairs.Altech then sold our contracts to various networks last year and that's when things got worse Mtn has no record of my repairs, phone or even where my phone is even till today. I have countless emails with them plus I even had to just pay off my contract on 04/2017 cause of the the judgments I was having at the credit bereau
