Unresolved ********** Contract

This has to be the most emotional I have ever been. The treatment I have gotten has left me helpless. I have a ********** contract opened by an Autopage consultant that has since not been resolved. The people dealing with this confirm that no paperwork can be found and the consultant has since resigned. They have telephone recordings but I am still sitting here paying for this cellphone contract! Altech Autopage has not protected my information nor have they made the decency to keep to their word to not keep me waiting. I have been so patient but I cannot do this anymore. I am still being billed monthly and twice this month (September). Your employees have no sense of urgency! I am sick and tired of this mess. It needs to end! I want all monies refunded to me. I do not want anything to do with this company and its people. I've dealth with a Marco, a Nomvula and a Mitch and neither can tell me what is going on. Its been too long, I cant do this anymore! Fix this mess!
