UNRESOLVED BILLING DISPUTE
Query to Autopage: Please investigate invoice/statement for March 2015 in the amount of R1483.45. I have a 1gig data plan and receive an additional 1gig free promotional data each month (confirmed with an sms from MTN). My monthly data usage was normal and I cannot understand why I received this excessive bill. Please provide me with a urgent response.<br> <br> To date not received a satisfactory response.
