Unqualified adjustments on account

Since May 2015 I am battling to sort out my account with Altech Autopage. The adjustments does not correspond with any amounts on the account. and although I asked several times for the clarifying of the adjustments , I dit not received anything but a printout of the account since previous years up to now. The branches just direct you to the head office and they refer you every time to another person. Most of the time you are cut off before you get through to the referred person.<br> <br> I am RHJ Venter
