Unhelpful agents

I suspect that someone has hacked my phone number or my phone and accessed all my personal information like photos on my phone and i called my service provider this morning for assistance and was told they cannot assist i must report it to the police. they didnt even ask how or what they can do to assist. I promise autopage is really the worse service provider ever and i can wait for my contract to end with them. they the most unhelpful ever im so disgusted
