I took a cellphone upgrade and specifically stated I wanted my old package no one explained that it would take 6 months to migrate now I'm faced with having to sort out them over charging me for out of bundles I did not want I have to call and explain my situation and have them say they will sort it out only to find out they have not now am being sent a statement with an amount over then the one I normally pay I am not happy at all with their service their consultants will say anything to get business in and. Yet not explain what you need to know then you left all by yourself phoning clueless consultants as well at their call centers I'm never taking another upgrade with them again nor will I advise someone else to take a contract with them!!!!
