Unfairly listed on ITC

During the month of April 2015, i discovered that my name is listed on ITC for an amount of R12 by Auto page for a previous contract with Auto page that expired in December 2013. When i queried this at the credit department at Auto page the lady assured me that the amount of R12 will be written off by them and my name will be cleared on Credit bureau/ITC. Teh R12 was for statement that was issued after the contract expired and final payment for contract was made, i also did not even receive that so called statement. Today again when i queried, i discovered that the amount is still showing on credit bereau and that it shows that i am 9 payments in arrears, i demand that Autopage clear my name on ITC as i am going to refer the matter also to the ombudsman and the media, i will also gain legal advise which Autopage will be liable for the legal fees.<br> I cannot understand why people can't do a days work that they are getting paid for. <br> I also reported my fathers death with Autopage on 15/06/2015 and requested for his contract to be cancelled, up to date i still did not receive any feedback or any communication on that request either. i am highly discusted with the service from autopage
