UNFAIR PRIDING

Phone was sent in for repair over a month ago. After many calls phone was deemed to be uneconomical for repair and replacement was offered. Phone is an iPhone 5 and was offered iPhone 5S or iPhone 6. Would like to replace with an iPhone6 but am being quoted R13300, with an insurance value of R10000 (as advised by Autopage themselves) this means a pay in of R3300. The Apple iPhone Store is selling the exact same phone for R10500. Autopage advise that they will not pay out the R10000 and that I am forced to purchase the replacment from them. This seems to be a total \*******". A small pricing difference is understandable"
