unfair
I was a customer with a contract I payed My full payments last year to terminate Mi contract but My mobile number was not changed to a prepayed number I want back to the branch in Brooklyn Mall to ask they told on the system I have settled My contract I only have to till April 2015 n it will Automatically be on prepayed now I received email with a bill that I should pay
