Unexplained bill
My account was debited for R755.26 on 30/01/2015 by Altech. I don't know why this amount as my monthly premium is not that much. Called the call center on 04/02/2015 several times but there's no answer from an agent. I lodged a complaint on the website on the 4th but nobody came back to me despite the promise that there will be a response within 24 hours.
