********* procedures and bad customer service

horrified at level of pathetic service. have been a good standing customer with cell phone contract for over 16 years!!! have a 2gig data contract @.cost of R109 currently.<br> They do not notify at all if that threshold is close and this month claim ive used 8gig and is debiting R3800 from my account. i get no explanation. i get no proof - just money off my account. this has happened 2x before to me and it is completely *********!!!!!! How can they just charge me for whatever they want without proof!!! It is a licence to print money from unsuspecting clients. it is *****ing.<br> now trying to get to the bottom of this has meant endless calls to useless agents, who CANNOT call you back, say they cant do anything, have system down time while I'm on hold....and then to top it off, after my long email, i get told to contact another company i have never heard of because my contract is with them!!!<br> my invoices come from altech autopage! what kind of useless customer service is this???<br> terrible experience,... and a once loyal customer totally frustrated and never wants to have anything to do with this company. As a previous marketing director i am blown away by such poor client treatment!!!
