Unending contract, no invoice, no response to emails but handed over to ITC

<p>I had their unit installed in my car in May 2011 and they still charge me, 5 years later for the 'remainder" of the contract and even handed my name over to ITC according to Kevinb at altech.</p> <p>I received just one invoice from them (Buti Mamadi who I only realised later that he had since left the Co.) in October 2015 which totalled R1650+. I had paid R1000 into their ABSA bank account by January 2016 and sent them (several times )proof of payments via email ,but never got a single response from anyone of them after payment . I started getting calls from C reditworx , the debt collectors who then informed me my account has been handed over to them in , 3 months ago ,March 2016 , I paid off what I knew as the remaining balance R648 around April. To my surprise my debt is now R1590.62 even after the R1000 payment and my name is now with ITC . I found Creditworx more willing to help me than AltechNetstar who wouldn't even bother confirming receiving payments after I emailed them the proof ofpayments. Apart from the communication and invoice i received from Buti ,I have never heard from Altech nor received any invoice from them showing the breakdown of the transactions ,but yet were quick to ITC my name as per KevinB.</p> <p>I begrudgingly paid the 'owing ' balance today , that only they know how they got to such figures only because I want them to remove my name from ITC.</p>
