Undelivered Promises on Cell Upgrade Deal PS3/Cell

On the 28th of August contacted Nomsa of Autopage to renew my contract, after being promised by Nomsa that she has action-ed my upgrade and promising delivery by the next week, only to discover that she has not done anything when I followed up on the Monday. Then spoke to Bianca who actioned the upgrade deal also promising delivery of the products by the end of the week. As yet I have only received the phone. When I followed up to find out what is going on why I did not receive the PlayStation 3, I spoke to George only to be told by George that they are out of stock and that they will never get stock. I asked to speak to Zahier the floor manager on more than one occasion to get clarity, he as yet have not contacted me. On Monday 7th October I managed to speak to Bianca only to be told by her that the product is out of stock (Originally she did not confirm this when I renewed as this might have influenced my decision to renew) and promising delivery by Friday 11th October, it is 14H30 and still no delivery, I also called and left a message for Bianca to call me no call as yet also still waiting on call from Zahier to give clarity. NEW ETA PROMISED MONDAY 14TH BY AYANDA....LETS SEE
