UNBILLED CALLS

I have emailed and send a request on the website in connection with the unbilled calls on my account. I cant understand why it is so high again and like always think you have from your side not loaded my 2gb on my account but charged me for data used. I know you don't like to look into things till you have billed me then later want to credit me. I don't agree on this way of doing business but know you have *********** people working in your accounts department so that is the way you do things. you can never respond to a query when it concerns money not owned to you but quick to respond when money is owned to you. Please send me my unbilled calls charge report as soon as possible to my email address on my account so I can see why I have been charged. like I say don't think as usual you have loaded my 2gb.
