Unbelievably slow and difficult service

So since Nashua Mobile folded, all contracts were transferred to Altech unfortunately for us. I've been trying to port and cancel my contract with Altech for almost 6 months with no success.<br> <br> I am convinced their RIDICULOUS waiting periods are to suck as much money out of their clients as possible as well as to put you off leaving them.<br> <br> 1. They signed me up for a new contract when I did not want it. Got this sorted after a huge fight that took a couple of months.<br> 2. I have been trying to swap to a pre-paid to make a port easier for my next service providers but there is a 3 month waiting period to do this? For what? So Altech can suck 3 months more from a post-paid contract that I do not want? I want to swap NOW not in 3 months.<br> 3. I have now got a contract at MTN and I have been trying to port my number, however Altech KEEPS declining the port after they have told me that I can port it? <br> <br> Now when I call in and ask them to sort this for the 15th time in about 3 days they finally put this to a higher power. However that is going to take who knows how long to respond.<br> <br> I have only had bad experiences with Altech and I would recommend them to no one.
