Unauthorized Debit Order

November 2014 my cellphone broke under warranty, Autopage <br> George Branch urge me to bring it in immediately (60km) because it would be out of warranty shortly. So I take off from work, and drove all the way to George. After few days, they phone me and let me know I must pay because it was out of warranty, I phone George branch, they told me no.. it was not. So a fight started between George and the repair shop. I told them that my cellphone was under warranty when I sent it in for repair I don' t understand why it can not be fix under warranty,the fight when on, I spend hours on the phone between George and Autopage.. without any hope. So I told them, just send me back my cellphone and let me upgrade because I need a cellphone.. so everybody was happy. Now its months later and I receive a bill for assessment. According to me I did Autopage a favour but now I must pay for something I did not receive?? With that I am still charge BIS on the new contract even after reporting it many times. What must I do to get my money back, because they just take it. I am unemployed and don't have that money. Autopage keep on billing me for BIS and they just take the money for the assessment?
