unauthorized billing of account

I booked my phone for LCD screen repair at the store in June 2014, and was called by a consultant who gave me a quote of R750 of which I declined due to the fact that I could not afford it and besides the phone was working 100%. In September I was billed the same amount that I declined. No body at Autopage is willing to reverse the charge even at the store they don't want to help. The call centre consultants are very rude and they don't know what they are doing. My number is now blocked and I'm told I have been handed over to the lawyers Please assist
