Unauthorized amount taken from acc, assume theft

I have a contract with Autopage to pay R224 monthly(been with them for years), suddenly without my authorization debit order increased to R269, amount was disputed. Autopage don't even have the courtesy to phone their client ragarding dispute. They just went and suspend service. Be very careful dealing with this company, avoid if possible.
